Tyrenet and Tyre Assist are moving forward with TiDaeX™ integration, using the e-jobsheet platform to streamline digital job handling between networks and dealers. The collaboration is designed to reduce admin, increase real-time visibility, and speed up payment processing across commercial tyre services.
Tyre Assist first announced its TiDaeX integration in September 2024, aiming to push job details directly to its network of dealer suppliers. The system allows real-time data exchange between Tyre Assist’s call management platforms and dealer systems using e-jobsheet.
This removes the need for double-entry of job information, reducing manual workload and minimising errors. According to operations manager Nathan Wintrip, the system supports higher-quality data sharing and operational accuracy.
Mobile IT Apps director Steve Daly highlighted how the e-jobsheet platform creates “genuine efficiencies” for participating dealers, with job instructions flowing seamlessly and reducing administrative overheads.
As of 2 June 2025, Tyrenet has activated its own TiDaeX integration, starting with dealers already using standalone versions of e-jobsheet. These dealers will now receive connection requests via TiDaeX, which they can accept under the “Company Connections” tab.
Once connected, dealers can forward jobs to preferred fitters using the e-jobsheet app. Completed work is then synced with Tyrenet’s Zeus system, enabling faster invoicing and payment turnaround.
Managing director Aaron Mikoleizik is urging e-jobsheet users to complete the connection and update their apps to allow job data to flow “elegantly and systematically” across platforms.
In the coming weeks, Tyrenet plans to expand its TiDaeX use to include on-call scheduling. Dealers will be able to define technician availability—such as overnight cover—within their TiDaeX account. This allows jobs to be assigned directly to individual fitters’ apps based on their on-call status.
Optional online training will be offered to help dealers understand and maximise the functionality.
