Grupo Soledad has officially launched Neumago, a new workshop network designed to provide advanced vehicle services across Spain and Portugal. Backed by Hankook through its Laufenn brand, the initiative aims to deliver modern, sustainable maintenance solutions for a wide range of vehicles, from passenger cars to fleets, trailers and motorcycles.
The first Neumago location has opened in Sant Vicent del Raspeig, Alicante, with senior leadership from both companies attending the inauguration, underlining the strategic significance of this new collaboration.
Neumago is positioned as a comprehensive service platform covering a broad spectrum of mobility needs. This includes private vehicles, commercial vans, trailers, caravans and motorcycles — a scope that reflects the increasingly diverse demands of today’s aftermarket customers.
Each site will be equipped with a team of trained professionals and access to a full portfolio of services designed to maximise vehicle uptime and lifecycle efficiency.

Technology is a defining component of the Neumago offering. The network integrates an advanced digital infrastructure to streamline workshop operations and improve service delivery.
Sustainability is also a core focus, with Neumago facilities supporting electric and hybrid vehicles, as well as applying circular economy principles to reduce emissions and waste. This includes practices aimed at lowering the carbon footprint of routine maintenance and tyre replacement.
Neumago workshops will prominently feature Laufenn branding and stock its full product range. A tailored promotion and sales programme has been developed to help raise Laufenn’s visibility in the Iberian market, with targeted incentives at the workshop level.
This marks the first time the Laufenn brand has been used as the central tyre partner in a dedicated workshop network operated by Grupo Soledad, positioning it for greater market penetration in Spain and Portugal.
Neumago reflects several important tyre industry shifts, including the rise of multi-service hubs, the prioritisation of EV compatibility, and the growing use of tyre branding to drive consumer loyalty at the point of service. The model echoes broader trends in Europe where retail networks are evolving to deliver both sustainability and digital efficiency as standard.
