Straightset will showcase its newly developed digital safety and compliance platform at Automotive Management Live 2025, taking place at the NEC Birmingham on 12th November. The garage equipment specialist will be demonstrating its Straightset QR customer portal on Stand P52 in Hall 10.
The free-to-use digital platform has been designed specifically for contract service customers, offering workshops and service departments a streamlined approach to equipment servicing, compliance tracking and Health & Safety management.

Built in-house by Straightset's technical team, the QR portal addresses key operational challenges faced by garage owners, service managers and Health & Safety professionals. The system provides instant access to equipment history through QR code scanning, alongside centralised logging of daily safety checks.
Key features include real-time fault reporting with automatic notifications sent to both Straightset's Service Team and site management, digital audit trails for compliance and insurance reporting, and comprehensive access to job sheets, certificates, repair records and performance KPIs.
Visitors to the Straightset stand will have the opportunity to experience the portal through live demonstrations. Attendees can scan QR codes on equipment to view real-time service and compliance data, test the instant fault reporting and escalation functionality, and explore multi-site management capabilities designed for larger dealer groups.
Straightset's technical team will be available on the stand to discuss integration of the portal into existing workshop workflows.
Richard Bates, Director at Straightset, said: "The Straightset QR portal has been developed to give workshops greater control, transparency and peace of mind when it comes to equipment safety and compliance. AM:Live is the perfect platform to demonstrate just how powerful and simple this tool is in a real-world setting. Visitors will be able to experience first-hand how quickly it can streamline daily checks, fault reporting and audit processes across their workshop."
Beyond the digital portal demonstration, Stand P52 will feature Straightset's comprehensive range of workshop equipment, including vehicle lifts, wheel alignment systems, workbenches and tyre equipment. The company's installation and project management specialists will also be available to discuss complete workshop fit-outs, equipment relocations and replacement solutions.
Straightset Service, the company's aftercare division, will be represented at the stand to explain how its maintenance programmes can support workshop equipment management.
