This year’s Road Transport Expo (RTX 2025) has confirmed its position as the UK’s leading dedicated event for HGV operators, after welcoming over 14,000 visitors—marking a 34% increase from the previous year. The surge in attendance reflects growing demand for a central meeting place in the commercial road transport industry.
Now in its fourth year, RTX 2025 brought together more than 330 exhibitors and 14,161 visitors at NAEC Stoneleigh, Warwickshire, over a three-day period. Showcasing the latest developments in trucks, trailers, and fleet technology, the event attracted operators, suppliers, and logistics professionals from across the UK.
Vic Bunby, RTX Show Director, credited the growth to sector-wide support:
“This year’s record number of visitors reflects the strong appetite for a dedicated HGV tradeshow that truly puts the needs of operators first.”

Capitalising on its momentum, RTX has announced the launch of two new regional shows to bring the event closer to operators in different parts of the UK.
■ RTX Scotland will take place at Glasgow’s SEC from 19–20 November 2025
■ RTX Northern Ireland will debut at the Eikon Exhibition Centre from 15–16 April 2026
The regional shows will maintain the core elements of the main event, including vehicle showcases, supplier exhibitions, and networking opportunities.
The Northern Ireland event was officially announced during RTX 2025 and received a positive reception from attendees and exhibitors alike.
Next year’s flagship event, Road Transport Expo 2026, will return to NAEC Stoneleigh from 30 June to 2 July 2026, continuing its role as a key date in the commercial vehicle industry calendar.
