Goodyear has appointed Jerome Rouquet as chief financial officer, effective 1 December 2026. He joins from automotive supplier Visteon and will report to chief executive Mark Stewart.

The appointment, announced on 27 October, will see Rouquet join Goodyear’s senior leadership team. Scott Deakin will remain interim CFO until Rouquet arrives and will support the transition.

Rouquet has been CFO of Visteon since joining the company in 2020, leading its global financial activities. His previous roles include senior finance positions at Tenneco and Federal-Mogul, where he served as CFO, chief accounting officer and controller.

“Jerome combines deep financial expertise with a proven ability to help organisations improve performance and navigate transformation,” Stewart said.

Goodyear said Rouquet’s experience across financial strategy, operational performance, investor relations and public-company finance would support its priorities of operational improvement, financial discipline and prudent capital allocation.

The appointment follows Goodyear’s search for a permanent successor to Christina Zamarro. The company announced her departure in June and named Deakin interim CFO from 1 July. Zamarro left Goodyear on 10 July to pursue another opportunity.
