▪ Eight patterns: DL, DM, SA, SL, TA, TA1, TM, TX, covering steer, drive and trailer positions
▪ Sizes from 315/70R22.5 to 315/80R22.5 today, with further fitments due later this year
▪ Focus on mileage: compound formulation aims to slow uneven wear and extend replacement intervals (ZEXY DL)
▪ Wet-grip features such as wide drainage grooves (ZEXY SA) for regional haul routes
▪ On/Off-road tread (ZEXY TM) designed to resist stone retention on construction or quarry approaches

The first ZEXY products are already listed on Vaculug’s online portfolio: https://www.vaculug.com/our-tyre-portfolio/ with additional sizes planned as market feedback comes in. Fleet trials begin this summer and Vaculug says retreadable casings remain central to the offer, supporting lower whole-life cost strategies.
