British lubricant manufacturer Morris Lubricants has reunited with fan favourite Guy Martin for a new video series offering a rare look inside its Shrewsbury factory and worldwide distribution operation.
The popular lorry mechanic, motorbike racer and TV presenter is back as brand ambassador for the Shropshire-based company, following the success of their 2022 collaboration, which attracted an impressive number of views across Morris Lubricants' social media platforms.
The new episodes see Guy joined by Morris Lubricants' Technology Manager, Adrian Hill, as the pair tour the manufacturer's facilities and explore £6 million worth of recent operational investment. The series is designed to help trade professionals and enthusiasts make more informed decisions when choosing a lubricant brand, while also giving viewers an insight into what separates a premium British-made product from the alternatives.
Key highlights from the series include:
Adrian also walks Guy through Morris Lubricants' new Worldwide Distribution Centre, where products are dispatched to customers throughout the UK and to more than 100 countries across the globe.
Speaking after filming, Guy said: "It was so impressive to see everything Morris Lubricants have done since I was last at the factory. They've clearly spent money in all the right places, and what shines through is how the aim is always to produce the best, get it done right, and never cut corners. It's great to see a British manufacturer investing like this."
Adrian Hill added: "It was brilliant to invite Guy back to show him the boost we've had in our manufacturing, production, storage, and logistics capabilities. Once again, his enthusiasm was infectious. The new video series makes a perfect resource for professional mechanics, service engineers and maintenance technicians, as well as keen DIYers, hobbyists and anyone with an interest in high-quality oils, lubricants and greases."
For tyre and automotive professionals, understanding what goes into a lubricant — from blending and formulation through to storage and logistics — can be genuinely useful when advising customers or selecting workshop products. The videos offer a straightforward, accessible way to get that knowledge direct from the source.
Morris Lubricants has been manufacturing oils and lubricants in Shrewsbury since 1869, and the new investment underlines the company's continued commitment to British manufacturing and product quality.
