TreadTracker has signed a renewed deal to remain the principal home shirt sponsor of Blackpool Football Club for the 2025/26 season. The partnership extension comes as the company prepares to launch the second version of its tyre tracking app—aimed at enhancing functionality for professionals across the UK tyre trade.

Shirt Deal Signals Business Confidence

The continued sponsorship reflects a strategic alignment between the company’s commercial ambitions and the club’s community reach. TreadTracker’s branding will again feature prominently on Blackpool FC’s home shirts, offering visibility across national and international football audiences.

Steve Richardson, founder of TreadTracker and a lifelong Blackpool supporter, described the extension as “incredibly meaningful,” underscoring both personal and professional pride in supporting the club’s future.

TreadTracker App Version 2 Launching in 2025

TreadTracker’s sponsorship announcement coincides with the upcoming release of Version 2 of its tyre management app. The new version, expected later in 2025, will include an improved user interface, advanced features for tyre stock and performance tracking, and broader integration capabilities for garages and fleet operators.

The platform is designed to support technicians, fitters, and workshop managers with real-time insights into tyre data—reducing admin time and improving service accuracy.

On the field, Blackpool FC continues to build under the leadership of Head Coach Steve Bruce. The team has shown steady progress and is aiming to challenge more competitively in the upcoming season. The partnership also allows Blackpool FC to launch its new home shirt earlier in the year, offering fans greater access in time for summer.
