Davanti Tyres has renewed its partnership with Mission Motorsport for the 2026 Race of Remembrance, which takes place from 6–8 November at Trac Môn Anglesey Circuit in North Wales. The agreement will see Davanti supply tyres for the event and make a £2,500 donation to the Forces’ Motorsport Charity.

Tyre supply for a 12-hour endurance format

The Race of Remembrance is run by Mission Motorsport under the British Racing and Sports Car Club. The 2026 event has been confirmed for 6–8 November at Trac Môn Anglesey Circuit, with entries opened in May 2026. The race brings together military veterans, service leavers and the wider motorsport community across a 12-hour endurance format.

Davanti will again supply its Protoura Race tyre, a semi-slick, road-legal product aimed at track-day and club motorsport use. Tyre News recently reported that Protoura Race sits at the top of Davanti’s Protoura range and is being positioned for motorsport-style applications.

The brand has also highlighted Protoura Race as part of its wider performance line-up, alongside Protoura Sport and the Protoura Sport Evo. That previous coverage noted the tyre’s use in UK motorsport series including Mini Club Sports and Suzuki Swifts.

Why the partnership matters

For Davanti, the event gives its track-focused tyre a visible endurance setting rather than a conventional marketing platform. For Mission Motorsport, the partnership supports the operational delivery of an event that combines competition, remembrance and recovery through sport.

Race of Remembrance was named Motorsport UK’s Event of the Year for 2024. Mission Motorsport said the award recognised the event’s combination of competition, remembrance and support for the Armed Forces community.

Sean Maddocks, Davanti Tyres Sales Director for the UK and Ireland, said the company was pleased to extend the partnership for 2026. He said the event reflected “excellence, resilience, and a commitment to pushing boundaries”, adding that the company expected Protoura Race to perform strongly across the weekend.

Alex Atherton, Managing Director of Mission Motorsport, said Davanti’s support helped the charity deliver a professional event for participants, teams and supporters. He said the charity valued the company’s continued support and looked forward to another year of collaboration.

Steve Whitehead, who competed in the 2025 Race of Remembrance, said the tyres had offered strong grip in varied conditions and that his team was looking forward to returning.
