Prinx Changshan are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Sales Manager to lead and expand our TBR and PCR tyre business in the United Kingdom, Ireland, Nordic countries (Denmark, Finland, Sweden, Norway), and Iceland. The successful candidate will be based in the UK and play a key role in driving regional sales growth by developing channels, maintaining strategic customer relationships, and executing brand and product strategies in line with company objectives. This is a strategic field-based role requiring strong channel experience, a hands-on mentality, and the willingness to travel frequently.
Key Responsibilities
• Develop and execute regional sales strategies for TBR and PCR tyres to meet or exceed sales and profitability targets
• Identify and develop new distributors, dealers, and strategic partners across the assigned regions
• Maintain and grow key account relationships through regular visits, business reviews, and joint planning
• Conduct in-depth market and competitor analysis to support pricing, positioning, and product planning

Requirements
