Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company targets forOTR tyres across Europe.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities, market segments, andcustomer needs.
Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key clients, providing technicalsupport and product knowledge.
Conduct comprehensive market analysis to understand customer trends,competitive landscape, and pricing strategies.
Collaborate with supply chain and technical teams to ensure timely deliveryand customer satisfaction.
Monitor and ensure the achievement of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
Represent the company at trade shows, exhibitions, and industry events topromote the brand and products.
Prepare accurate sales forecasts, budgets, and reports for seniormanagement.
Provide feedback to product development teams to align offerings with market demands
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 to 8 years of experience in sales, preferably in the OTR, heavy equipment, or industrial tyre industry. Experience in agriculture is a plus.
Strong network within the mining, construction, or logistics sectors.
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Technical proficiency in tyre specifications, applications, and performance metrics.
Proficiency in English; additional European languages are a plus.
Willingness to travel extensively across Europe.
Preferred Skills
Experience with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software and digital sales tools.
Ability to interpret technical drawings and product data.
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
Self-motivated with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
