Vaculug Limited has announced three significant service milestone achievements within its team, recognising the exceptional dedication of its long-standing employees.

Simon Philpotts has reached an extraordinary 47 years of service, Mark Tyers has achieved 30 years, and Richard Royle has celebrated 25 years with the retread specialist.

Simon is Vaculug's longest serving colleague, and the company paid tribute to how his dedication has shaped the business's journey over nearly five decades, supporting the growth of teams, championing sustainable practices, and helping the company innovate with confidence.

Meanwhile, Mark and Richard have both witnessed substantial changes and developments within the retreading industry throughout their considerable tenures with Vaculug.

"Thank you for everything you have given over the past 47 years, Simon. Here's to many more successful years ahead," the company stated. "Mark and Richard, thank you for your incredible loyalty. Your commitment is truly appreciated. Here's to many more successful years."

The Lincolnshire-based business expressed its gratitude for the trio's remarkable commitment over the decades. Long service milestones such as these are increasingly rare in today's employment landscape, making the achievements all the more noteworthy.

The combined 102 years of service between the three employees represents a significant repository of industry knowledge and expertise, highlighting Vaculug's ability to retain skilled staff and maintain a stable, experienced workforce.

Vaculug Limited specialises in tyre retreading and related services for commercial vehicle operators across the UK.
