Titan International has announced the expansion of its Goodyear brand licensing to cover new tyre segments, including ATV, lawn and garden, golf, and light construction applications. The move also includes the renewal of Titan’s Goodyear Farm Tires agreement, reinforcing the company’s ongoing focus on agricultural markets.
This development marks a strategic extension of Titan’s product portfolio and its ability to deliver branded off-highway solutions across multiple equipment categories. The expanded rights are expected to strengthen Titan’s distribution capabilities across key regions including the Americas, Europe, Africa, and Oceania.
Titan’s extended licensing deal grants it the ability to manufacture and sell Goodyear-branded tyres in several light-duty off-highway sectors for the first time. This includes:
▪ Light construction and industrial tyres
▪ All-terrain vehicle (ATV) tyres
▪ Lawn, garden, and golf cart tyres
These additions complement Titan’s existing strengths in heavy-duty agricultural, forestry, and earthmoving tyres.
The company stated that its R&D teams are actively working on new tyre designs for the lawn and garden market, aimed at addressing evolving customer and equipment needs.
Titan’s long-standing partnership with Goodyear in the agricultural sector continues with the renewal of its farm tyre licensing agreement. The company manufactures a wide range of agricultural tyres under the Goodyear name, including the flagship Optitrac LSW1400/30R46, known for its Low Sidewall Technology.
President and CEO Paul Reitz described the farm segment as a “vital part of our business,” reaffirming Titan’s commitment to serving the agricultural equipment industry.
The licensing expansion supports Titan’s ambition to grow across both OEM and aftermarket channels. With access to the well-recognised Goodyear brand, Titan aims to enhance its offerings to OEM partners and end-users in sectors such as:
▪ Outdoor power equipment (OPE)
▪ Recreational powersports
▪ Compact construction machinery
The agreement also supports global market growth by leveraging the Goodyear brand’s established reputation in off-highway tyre performance.
As OEMs and aftermarket buyers seek reliable, multi-segment tyre providers, brand trust and cross-segment availability are becoming strategic assets. Titan’s move to broaden its Goodyear coverage echoes the increasing demand for quality tyres across specialty and compact equipment markets, particularly in lawn care, powersports, and small-scale construction segments often overlooked by major tyre brands.
