Collins Earthworks Reports 25% Cost Savings with Tianli Tyres.

ADR UK and BRC join forces with Tianli

ADR UK, known for axle, brake and suspension systems, has acquired The British Rubber Company—a 98‑year‑old distributor of agricultural tyres. Together, they’ve signed an exclusive agreement with Tianli Tyres, the global off‑road tyre brand of ZC Rubber. BRC’s three years of proven Tianli sales and client feedback laid the groundwork for this country‑wide collaboration.

Performance across diverse machinery

Following a trial on vintage tractor tyres, Collins Earthworks rolled out Tianli across tractors, dump trucks, loaders, rollers, trailers and soil‑stabilisers. Tom Card, MD of BRC, highlights the brand’s:

  • Superior traction and braking thanks to unique tread design
  • Robust sidewalls that resist cuts and punctures
  • Reduced vibration and noise for operator comfort
  • Versatility across different machinery without loss in performance

He states that these tyres “out‑perform other leading brands” across multiple applications.

Cost savings and operational advantages

Workshop Manager at Collins Earthworks, Josh Doherty, confirms that after a year of use they've seen:

  • A 25% cost saving compared with previously used tyre brands
  • Efficient supply chain consolidation by standardising on one brand
  • Added assurance from a lifetime guarantee on agricultural radials

Further evaluation of downtime, tyre longevity and operator feedback is ongoing through a joint initiative between Collins and BRC.

Strategic growth via ADR’s expertise

With ADR Tyremart UK MD Pawel Tomczak, the collaboration seeks to strengthen distribution in both agricultural and construction machinery sectors. He emphasises ADR's OEM support experience, predicting the partnership will bring “smarter, stronger, and more efficient tyre solutions” to UK machinery manufacturers.

This partnership underlines growing demand for robust, versatile off‑road tyres. Standardising on durable radials with strong guarantees can aid fleet managers’ cost control and operational efficiency. As OEM support and after‑sales cover matters more in construction and agri sectors, collaborations like this one provide a template for integrating performance, value and backed service under one supply chain.
