Registration has opened for RTX Scotland 2025, a new regional edition of Road Transport Expo tailored to Scottish fleet operators. The free-to-attend event will run indoors at Glasgow’s SEC on 19–20 November 2025, combining exhibits, knowledge sessions and networking. Organised by the team behind the Stoneleigh-based summer show, the format promises practical content on compliance, decarbonisation and safety alongside vehicle and equipment displays from leading suppliers.
The organisers say RTX Scotland 2025 will mirror the main show’s “all about the truck” approach, with a Scottish focus on operational challenges and opportunities.

Visitors can expect vehicle line-ups from established marques and a 5,000ft² showcase covering trailers, bodywork, tyres, telematics and safety technology. Confirmed supporters span well-known manufacturers and service providers across haulage, equipment and fleet solutions.
For context, Tyre News has tracked the growth of the national show, including a sold-out RTX 2025 and technical previews that highlight tyre and fleet tech trends, useful indicators for what Scottish operators may see in Glasgow. A dedicated Knowledge Zone will host live panels and Q&A on fleet decarbonisation, vehicle compliance and road safety topics we’ve covered frequently, from sustainability pathways to TCO-focused tyre strategies. https://www.tyrenews.co.uk/news/earth-day-2025-how-tyre-makers-are-driving-sustainability-forward
“We’re shaping the seminar programme around what matters most to the industry, so if you have any speaker ideas or key topics, we’d love to hear from you,” said Hayley Tayler, RTX head of content.
“This event is a fantastic opportunity for HGV operators across Scotland to come together, share ideas, and see what’s new in the industry—all in one place. It’s also a great space to network informally—whether over coffee, at a stand, or during the evening drinks reception—creating the kind of face to-face conversations that often lead to long-term business relationships,” added Vic Bunby, RTX show director.
Attendance is free. Full event information and registration are available via the official RTX Scotland page. roadtransportexpo.co.uk
