Goodyear Farm Tires has highlighted its IT540 radial and IT545 bias tyres as options for telehandlers, backhoe loaders and other industrial machinery operating in demanding conditions.
The two R-4 tread patterns are included in the manufacturer's 2026 industrial tyre range, offering operators different construction options for agricultural, construction and material-handling applications.
Both products are listed in the company's current technical documentation and are available through its distribution network, with UK supply supported by its partnership with TIA Agri.
The IT540 uses radial construction and is designed primarily for telehandlers and backhoe loaders.
According to Goodyear Farm Tires, reinforced sidewalls and a steel-braced tread are intended to improve resistance to punctures and accidental damage during demanding operations.
The tyre also features a broad contact area and reinforced tread lugs, designed to support traction, stability and wear performance.

The IT545 uses bias-ply construction and is intended for telescopic handlers and backhoe loaders working on demanding surfaces.
Its design incorporates rigid sidewalls to provide vertical and lateral stability, particularly on slopes and uneven ground.
Solid tread lugs and a wear-resistant rubber compound are intended to provide traction and durability on hard surfaces, including farmyards, construction sites and paved areas.
Goodyear Farm Tires lists four IT545 sizes, including 340/80-18IND, 340/80-20IND and 440/80-28IND. A discrepancy between its online specifications and 2026 range brochure concerning the remaining 26-inch size requires clarification.
The IT540 and IT545 form part of Goodyear Farm Tires' broader industrial portfolio, which also includes the IT520, IT525 and established Sure Grip patterns.
The company has identified replacement applications for selected Caterpillar backhoe loaders, although compatibility should be checked against individual machine specifications before fitment.
