WYZ has partnered with Bamboo Rose to launch WYZ Smart Stock, a tyre inventory and logistics optimisation platform aimed at the aftermarket. The move matters because it links tyre-specific software with decision-intelligence tools designed to help distributors and retail networks manage stock levels, reduce shortages and improve stock turnover.

A new tool for tyre stock control

WYZ Smart Stock has been positioned as a tyre inventory optimisation solution built around data analysis and artificial intelligence. WYZ says the platform is intended to anticipate stock-outs more effectively, limit overstocking and improve stock rotation across tyre distribution operations. Bamboo Rose brings supply-chain and decision-intelligence capability to the partnership, while WYZ adds an established focus on tyre buying, management and supply tools.

In practice, that gives the story a clear tyre-trade angle. This is not a general software launch. It is a product aimed at one of the most expensive and operationally sensitive parts of the tyre value chain: holding the right stock in the right place at the right time. For wholesalers, dealer groups and service networks, better visibility on demand and stock flow can affect working capital, service levels and fitment speed.

Why it matters for tyre businesses

The launch also fits WYZ’s wider strategy. WYZ has described digitalisation as one of the three pillars of its growth plan, alongside innovation and internationalisation. In October 2025, founder and chief executive Pierre Guirard said the group was relying on its tyre expertise and digital strength to expand internationally and accelerate the rollout of its solutions. That makes Smart Stock part of a broader commercial push rather than a standalone product release.

This builds on a wider pattern across the tyre trade, where software, logistics and fulfilment are becoming more tightly linked. Tyre News recently covered how Bond International’s acquisition of Tyresoft strengthened the tie-up between distribution infrastructure and retail software, and how Autodoc’s UK marketplace launch reflected the growing importance of platform-led aftermarket models.

Part of WYZ’s digital roadmap

Smart Stock also sits within a broader WYZ product suite that already includes tools for fleet tyre management, central billing, tyre diagnostics and distribution supply control. Reporting on WYZ’s strategy in late 2025 said Smart Stock was one of five tyre-focused solutions in that software stack.

The company says this direction is central to how it wants to compete. In a separate 2025 partnership announcement, Pierre Guirard, chief executive of WYZ Group, said: “Disruption has always been part of WYZ Group’s DNA.” While that remark referred to another AI project, it reflects the same push to use digital tools to make tyre-related processes easier to understand, manage and scale.

For Bamboo Rose, the partnership extends its decision-intelligence and supply-chain model into a tyre-specific application. Matt Stevens, chief executive of Bamboo Rose, said in April 2026 that supply chains increasingly need systems that bring together data, processes and partners in one platform. Applied to tyres, that logic points to fewer blind spots in replenishment planning and a better match between inventory position and market demand.
