ZC Rubber Maps European Fleet Service Network for Westlake TBR.

ZC Rubber hosted the 2025 Westlake TBR Dealer Conference in Madrid, gathering European partners from wholesalers to major fleets including DSV. The company set out a long-term plan for Europe, highlighting fleet services as a growth lever. Westlake entered Europe in 2014 and delivered more than 300,000 truck and bus radial tyres in 2024, equal to an estimated 2.5 percent market share.

Fleet Service Strategy for Europe

A new fleet service strategy will focus on closer technical collaboration with fleets. Plans include daily on‑site technical support, structured tyre testing with Westlake TBR products, and partner marketing to help retain customers. A central aim is to build a Europe‑wide service network that offers consistent support across regions.

“Over the past decade, Westlake has established a strong foundation in Europe. Now, our mission is to work hand in hand with our partners and fleets, delivering technical expertise, stronger service capabilities, and real business value. By focusing on fleet solutions, we are confident Westlake can achieve sustainable growth and become an even stronger player in the European market.” - Leo Liao, European Sales Director, ZC Rubber

Product and Engineering Focus

Ákos Barcsik, Deputy General Manager of ZC Rubber Europe, underlined product innovation backed by technical support. He said the European priority is to provide fleets with the right tyre products, supported by on‑site engineering and tyre testing programmes. The goal is measurable performance and cost efficiency for partners and their customers.
