Micheldever Fleet Solutions has partnered with Fleet Guy to centralise supplier compliance records across its nationwide network of approved service providers.
Under the agreement, Micheldever Fleet Solutions will introduce AuditHub to manage and monitor supplier credentials, including insurance, qualifications, health and safety information, facilities and operational standards.
The announcement says the platform will give the business a clearer view of supplier documentation and a more consistent, auditable way to manage requirements across its network.
Fleet Guy’s AuditHub allows garages to store compliance documents, maintain technician records and track expiry dates. Providers can upload or update information once, with current records available to connected, authorised fleet customers. Fleet Guy says customers only see the information they require.
For independent tyre businesses supporting fleet contracts, this offers a shared route for demonstrating credentials and keeping renewal information available to customers. For those managing service networks, the platform brings supplier records together for review.
Micheldever Fleet Solutions is part of Micheldever Tyre Services. Through its links with Protyre Autocare and approved independent garages, it has more than 300 primary fitting locations, supported by a further 1,800 reserve locations. Its services include fleet tyres, emergency breakdown support, MOTs and vehicle servicing.
The partnership concerns how MFS will manage supplier credentials. The fitting-location figures describe its wider service coverage, rather than confirmed participation in AuditHub.
