Key points

  • Orders open late 2025, deliveries from spring 2026
  • 29 sizes, 12–17 inches, replace Green-Max Van and Green-Max Van HP
  • Van e for OEMs in two 16-inch sizes after approvals
  • Developed in Europe, tested at Idiada (Spain) and Sino Asia (China)

Linglong says the Dura Master Van uses a wider, optimised tread and a new compound to cut rolling resistance and extend life. The tyre replaces the Green-Max Van and Green-Max Van HP. Reinforced carcass design aims to support high payloads on fully laden vehicles.

With the Linglong Dura Master Van, we are expanding our range in the light commercial vehicle sector and offering a high-performance solution for businesses as well as private households,” said Wencheng Liu, Head of Product Management at Linglong Tire. “The tire combines high mileage with safety and efficiency – crucial factors for cost-conscious families and entrepreneurs who use their vehicles every day.

European development and testing

The tyre was engineered by Linglong’s European Development Center in Hanover. Track work took place at the Applus IDIADA proving ground in Spain and at the group’s Sino Asia site in China, supporting wet and dry handling and braking development. Linglong’s Serbian plant, where the tyre will be built, recently achieved RSCI audit certification, underscoring supply-chain standards for OEMs and fleets.

OE-focused Van e

A Dura Master Van e variant has been developed for original equipment customers. It is tailored to OEM specifications and will be offered initially in two 16-inch sizes, delivered directly to manufacturers once approvals are in place. The launch follows Linglong’s broader European OE push, including recent fitment wins reported by Tyre News.

Availability and sizes

Orders for Dura Master Van and Dura Master Van e open at the end of 2025. A 29-size line-up from 12 to 17 inches is scheduled to ship from spring 2026 into retail channels. The Van e OE sizes will be supplied to vehicle makers after validation.

Range roadmap

All-season and winter patterns, Dura Master Van 4S and Dura Master Van Winter, are in development to round out the van portfolio next year.

What happens next

Dealers can begin forecasting for late-2025 pre-orders. Fleets should assess LRR and wet-braking gains against duty cycles, and watch for OE approvals and the 4S and Winter additions in 2026.
