Hubtrac Expands TBR Range Under 2.0 Platform

Hubtrac is preparing to expand its truck and bus radial tyre range in 2026 with 24 new SKUs under its next-generation Hubtrac 2.0 platform. Six products have entered testing, while three are due to be shown publicly at The Tire Cologne in Germany next month.

A broader commercial tyre offer

The company says the new products form part of its plan to “further strengthen its global product portfolio”. Production is expected to begin at Hubtrac’s manufacturing base in Serbia, which the brand has previously positioned as the centre of its European operations.

For tyre wholesalers, fleet suppliers and commercial tyre dealers, the announcement matters because it points to a wider TBR product offer from a brand still building market recognition in Europe. The key test will be whether the new SKUs provide dependable availability, competitive coverage and credible technical performance once testing and production are complete.

Serbia remains central to the plan

Hubtrac says its European operations are centred in Serbia, with supporting departments in the UK and Germany. Its Zrenjanin facility has been described by the company as a major industrial project and the core of its production and supply chain network.

That manufacturing footprint gives the latest product programme a wider supply-chain context. European tyre buyers are still watching sourcing locations closely, particularly where brands are seeking faster lead times, regional stock support and more predictable supply into replacement channels.

The expansion also follows earlier brand activity at international trade events. Hubtrac used The Tire Cologne 2024 to highlight its European market debut and present its Hubtrac 2.0 platform. The brand said at the time that the event helped generate new customer orders.

Why The Tire Cologne matters

The Tire Cologne 2026 returns to Koelnmesse from 9 to 11 June, bringing tyre manufacturers, distributors, retreaders, wheel suppliers and service providers together for one of Europe’s key tyre trade events. See: Tire Cologne 2026 exhibitor guide for tyre trade visitors.

Hubtrac’s planned product debut sits within a wider pattern of manufacturers using Cologne to present European growth plans, product extensions and sustainability claims. Recent Tyre News coverage of Triangle Tyre’s Europe ESG push at The Tire Cologne showed how the event is being used by Asian tyre manufacturers to explain product range, supply and regional ambitions to European buyers.

Hubtrac was launched by Linglong in 2020 as a commercial vehicle brand, with more than 150 SKUs initially planned across six series. The brand says its current approach combines independently designed tread patterns with a broad SKU portfolio for major market segments.

The latest TBR programme suggests Hubtrac is continuing to build around the 2.0 platform rather than treating it as a single launch cycle. For the trade, the more important question will be how quickly the new range moves from show presentation to tested, available and supported commercial tyre supply.
