Hankook confirmed that Bezzant will lead European marketing for truck and bus tyres. His remit includes strategy across business sectors and talent development within the team. “My goal is to support growth opportunities for Hankook in the European truck and bus sector and expand them further,” he said. “I am confident that we will be able to build on what has been achieved so far and continue to expand the business with innovative products and services.” He added that he is “glad to be working with a great team” and will prioritise people development.
Hankook is scaling its European commercial offer. The manufacturer has begun building a new truck and bus production line in Hungary, targeting up to 800,000 units per year by 2027, which should shorten delivery routes and add capacity in long-haul, regional and EV applications. That expansion gives Bezzant more product and local supply to market to fleets and dealer networks.

Expect Bezzant to align European TBR marketing with the new Hungary capacity and ongoing product pushes into smart, low-rolling-resistance and EV-ready ranges. Fleets should watch for refreshed programmes and dealer support linked to regional availability and total cost-of-ownership messaging.
