BKT Strengthens European Presence with Netherlands Arm.

Balkrishna Industries Limited (BKT) has incorporated a new subsidiary in the Netherlands as part of its European expansion strategy. The newly formed entity, BKT Netherlands BV, was officially established on 28 May 2025 and is fully owned by BKT.

Strengthening European Market Access

The subsidiary has been created to provide marketing services and engage in the trading of tyres and related accessories. By setting up in the Netherlands, BKT aims to capitalise on the country’s favourable position as a logistics and commercial hub within Europe.

BKT Netherlands BV will act as a platform for closer engagement with European customers and business partners. The move is intended to improve service delivery and responsiveness, and to facilitate more direct market access across the region.

Capital and Ownership

BKT Netherlands BV has an initial share capital of EUR 10,000 and is a 100% subsidiary of BKT. The ownership structure enables direct operational control from BKT’s global headquarters while allowing for regional autonomy in executing marketing and trading functions.

Supporting Global Growth Strategy

The creation of the Dutch subsidiary is aligned with BKT’s broader goals of international expansion, particularly in Europe. As BKT continues to grow its market share in the off-highway tyre sector, establishing local entities in key regions is becoming central to its strategic approach.
