At IFAT Munich 2024, Trelleborg Tyres will present its premium range of tyres, specifically designed to address the rigorous demands of the waste management sector, construction sites, and quarry environments. The focus of this showcase is to demonstrate solutions that can sustain increased capacity and longer working hours under some of the world's most demanding conditions with reliability, safety, and robustness.

Anton Stoynev, the Director of Material Handling & Construction Tyres Central Europe, expressed enthusiasm about the impact of these innovations. "We are thrilled to support the operation of modern machinery and enterprises with our tyre solutions that are not just about enhanced productivity but also about improved comfort and fuel efficiency," he stated. The company's tyre experts will be on hand to provide bespoke advice and solutions tailored to the unique challenges faced by industry professionals.

Among the highlights of Trelleborg's showcase are several key products:

  • BRAWLER HD Excavator Super Single: This tyre is tailored for material handlers and excavators, replacing dual tyre assemblies in settings prone to high tyre damage such as waste and recycling facilities, extensive construction sites, and logging areas. It features a puncture-proof design and a unique rubber compound that maximises durability, while its broad profile ensures superior stability and traction.
  • BRAWLER HPS (High-Performance Solid): Designed for harsh conditions encountered in scrap recycling sites, waste transfer stations, quarries, and mines, the Brawler HPS incorporates elliptical sidewall apertures that absorb shock effectively. This design reduces vibration by 30% compared to traditional solid tyres, significantly enhancing operator comfort no matter the application.
  • Trelleborg EMR1051: Ideal for heavy loading applications that require uncompromising traction, such as those in open pits and on construction and landscaping sites. The tyre features a multi-surface tread design and an advanced tread compound that extends its lifespan and protects against cuts and damage, thereby minimising machine downtime. Its all-steel radial construction also ensures even load distribution, which not only adds to the comfort but also aids in maintaining low fuel consumption.

These innovative products from Trelleborg are poised to set new benchmarks for performance and durability in the tyre industry, meeting the evolving needs of modern industries at one of the world's leading environmental technology trade fairs.
