Established in 1987, Ostles Scotland Ltd has built a commendable reputation as a top retailer and has been a key player in expanding distribution across The Borders. Stuart Ostle, the owner of Ostles Scotland Ltd, expressed his enthusiasm about the acquisition. “I’m tremendously proud of the long history of Ostles and our reputation, and I’m excited to take this forward under the ownership of OGH. The process of making the sale to OGH was well considered at every step and the management team was very dynamic and transparent in how they approached the acquisition.”
