Pini's career in the tyre industry spans nearly two decades, and his expertise is well-recognised in the field. Before joining GRI, Pini played key roles at GRI contributing significantly to the company's success. He served as the Global Account Manager -- OEM Channel, overseeing major accounts such as AGCO with brands such as Massey Ferguson, Fendt, Valtra, etc. and SDF (Same Deutz-Fahr) for Trelleborg.
During his tenure as the Global OEM Technical Manager at Trelleborg, Pini led the development of advanced agriculture tyres and wheels in collaboration with AGCO, resulting in a resounding success for Trelleborg and a substantial increase in market share with OEM partners. Prior to this, Pini was the Trelleborg Managing Director for Southeast Asia & APAC based out of Singapore.
