Apollo Tyres, have unveiled the highly anticipated Vredestein Quatrac Pro+. Designed exclusively for high-performance cars and SUVs, this all-season tyre sets new standards in grip, durability, and efficiency. With its imminent release in August, the Quatrac Pro+ will be available across Europe in an impressive range of 108 sizes, catering to wheel rims ranging from 17 to 22 inches.
Expanding upon the success of its predecessor, the Vredestein Quatrac Pro, the launch of this innovative tyre further solidifies Apollo Tyres' commitment to providing the widest portfolio of all-season tyres in the market under its premium Vredestein brand.
The Quatrac Pro+ outshines its competitors with its exceptional grip on wet roads, while boasting a remarkable 5% improvement in snow traction compared to the popular Quatrac Pro. Additionally, the tyre's rolling resistance has been reduced by 5%, resulting in enhanced fuel efficiency. These impressive performance enhancements are attributed to an advanced tread design and an innovative blend of compound ingredients.
The Quatrac Pro+ features wider longitudinal grooves, facilitating swift water evacuation and countering the risk of aquaplaning. Moreover, sipes across the centre of the tread enhance water dispersal, further augmenting the tyre's wet weather capabilities. The advanced compound composition incorporates new-generation polymers, a substantial silica and resin content, and delivers outstanding traction on wet surfaces. It also maximizes steering response and stability on snow and slush, ensuring optimal performance year-round.
Designed with safety as a top priority, the Quatrac Pro+ incorporates robust outside shoulder blocks that enhance stability during cornering. These blocks also possess a level of flexibility, allowing for longitudinal deformation of the tread blocks in extremely cold conditions, providing unparalleled grip on snow. The tyre proudly carries the 'Three Peak Mountain Snowflake' symbol on its sidewall, symbolising its exceptional all-weather performance and proficiency in winter conditions.
