ZC Rubber targets North America with new ARISUN EV and all-weather lines.

ZC Rubber (Zhongce Rubber Group Co., Ltd.) has unveiled two new ARISUN passenger car tyres specifically developed for the North American market at the 2025 SEMA Show in Las Vegas (4–7 November). The launches form part of the Chinese manufacturer's strategic push into the region, with both products scheduled for market introduction in 2026.

The company showcased its flagship brands ARISUN, WESTLAKE, and GOODRIDE at the Las Vegas Convention Center, with the two new ARISUN products taking centre stage: the AVARIS EV, engineered specifically for electric vehicles, and the AGGRESSOR WP21, an all-weather tyre designed for the demanding conditions of the northern United States and Canada.

ARISUN AVARIS EV: Purpose-Built for Electric Mobility

The AVARIS EV addresses the specific requirements of electric vehicle applications, combining low rolling resistance with a quiet, comfortable ride and responsive handling characteristics. Its symmetric tread pattern has been designed to ensure balanced road contact for even wear whilst effectively minimising vibration and road noise. The optimised tread design increases the contact area, delivering precise steering response and confident grip.

Recognising the unique demands placed on tyres by electric vehicles, ZC Rubber has integrated advanced pressure-distribution technologies with a high-strength reinforced carcass structure. This construction is engineered to withstand the higher vehicle mass and instant torque delivery characteristic of EVs, providing stable control and durability during acceleration, braking, and cornering.

Extended mileage represents a key focus of the AVARIS EV's development, offering EV drivers the ability to travel further without compromising on performance, a crucial consideration for electric vehicle owners.

ARISUN AGGRESSOR WP21: Year-Round Performance for Northern Climates

The AGGRESSOR WP21 addresses the needs of drivers in colder regions who require reliable performance across all seasons. This all-weather tyre has been engineered to deliver safety and control on wet, dry, and snow-covered roads whilst maintaining a quiet ride.

Four wide, deep circumferential grooves provide effective water evacuation to enhance wet-road stability. The tyre features optimised high land-ratio tread blocks which, working in conjunction with ZC Rubber's BPOT Technology, ensure precise steering and braking performance on both dry and wet surfaces through a larger contact area. A variable-pitch tread pattern, with optimised block layout and angles, reduces tread pattern noise for a quieter cabin environment.

Winter performance has been addressed through large, closely spaced tread blocks and a robust asymmetric pattern that builds traction in packed snow. High-density siping adds biting edges for grip and confident braking on ice, whilst specialised tyre construction provides greater rigidity and traction. A complex shoulder pattern design adds further grip and stability on snow-covered roads.

For summer conditions, the hybrid compound and deep tread design have been engineered to deliver extended mileage, ensuring the AGGRESSOR WP21 provides year-round value.

Strategic Growth in North America

"Our focus in North America is clear: solve real needs with the right products," said Henry Shen, Deputy General Manager of Zhongce Rubber Group. "This year we showed a more complete portfolio. ARISUN strengthens our EV coverage and raises all-weather confidence for colder regions, whilst commercial solutions across ARISUN, WESTLAKE, and GOODRIDE round out the portfolio for fleets. We're combining innovation with local support, supply, and service, and we'll grow with our partners as we head towards the 2026 rollout."

The launches represent ZC Rubber's continued commitment to the North American market, with the company emphasising its strategy of aligning technology with real-world use cases whilst strengthening its partner network. The manufacturer is positioning itself for expansion through enhanced coverage, strengthened service capabilities, and preparation for 2026 and beyond.
