Prometeon is set to showcase its own-branded truck and coach tyres for the first time at a European trade event, highlighting the group’s strategic shift towards premium positioning. The company will attend Transport Logistic 2025 in Munich from 2–5 June, bringing both its new Serie 02 tyre range and fleet-focused PRO Services platform to the forefront.

This marks Prometeon’s return to Europe’s leading logistics and transport exhibition, where it previously appeared under a different capacity in 2023.

Serie 02 Tyres: Built for Regional and Long-Haul Efficiency

Prometeon’s latest tyre development, the Serie 02 range, will be the centrepiece of its stand at Hall A6, Stand 103/204. The series reflects over 200 million kilometres of real-world testing, with a focus on extending mileage, improving durability, and reducing environmental impact.

Key products on display will include:

  • R02 PROFUEL STEER and R02 PROWAY STEER – designed for regional transport, delivering:
    • +10% mileage vs. previous generation
    • +10% grip in wet and snowy conditions
    • +5% increased load capacity
  • C02 COACH MULTIAXLE (295/80 R22.5) – Prometeon’s first Class A rolling resistance tyre.
    • Fuel savings of 0.9 litres per 100km (based on VECTO simulation)
    • Annual CO₂ savings of 157 tonnes for a 50-vehicle fleet
    • Over 80% of materials used are recycled, certified, or renewable
    • Rated 156/150 M to support new electric and hybrid coach applications
    • Includes RFID technology for digital tracking

PRO Services: Integrated Fleet Management Support

In addition to product innovation, Prometeon will highlight its PRO Services platform, aimed at helping commercial fleets manage tyres more sustainably and efficiently. The offering includes:

  • Predictive maintenance tools
  • Real-time tyre monitoring systems
  • Support for lowering operating costs
  • Enhanced road safety features

This integrated service approach is designed to align with customers transitioning to lower-emission mobility while maintaining operational performance.

The combination of reduced rolling resistance and digital integration reflects the increasing demand from commercial fleets for cost-effective, low-emission solutions. The PRO Services model also supports the shift towards predictive, data-led fleet management, key to driving efficiency in a changing transport sector.
