As General Partner, Mitas plans a dedicated stand as a meeting hub for farmers, competitors and partners. The company says it will showcase flagship agricultural tyres and provide technical advice during the championship. “This partnership reflects our ongoing support for agricultural professionals and their everyday challenges,” said Roberta D’Agnano, Global Marketing Director Mitas at Yokohama TWS. “Being part of the World Ploughing Championship that honors dedication and passion for agriculture aligns perfectly with our brand’s mission and is the perfect setting to showcase our commitment to performance, durability, and deep connection to the agricultural world. We look forward to meeting our customers and partners right where their passion comes to life, in the field.”
Mitas indicates SFT is designed for high-horsepower tractors, with flexible sidewalls to support lower inflation pressures and high load capacity. The tyre’s large air volume is intended to enhance traction and protect soil in heavy field work.
The HC2000 VF line targets tractors, sprayers and spreaders. According to Mitas, VF construction enables lower pressures with up to 40% higher load capacity versus standard tyres, while PFO technology aims to lift payload without raising soil compaction. A wide contact patch and Hexa-Core bead design are said to improve rim fit and durability for mixed road-field use.
The World Ploughing Championship 2025 brings a concentrated test of traction, soil care and fuel efficiency, key concerns for operators choosing modern VF tractor tyres.
