The British Rubber Company has strengthened its leadership team by naming Andrew Winn as Business Development Manager. With three decades of experience in tyres and wheels, Winn will focus on supporting agricultural customers and advancing the firm’s recently announced partnership with ZC Rubber Global and the Tianli brand.

A proven track record in agricultural tyres

  • 30 years of sector expertise – Winn has advised farmers and machinery dealers across the UK and mainland Europe.
  • Trusted by the market – His reputation for practical guidance on tyre and wheel selection is well known among large farming operations.
  • Partnership alignment – The appointment follows British Rubber Co’s tie-up with ZC Rubber Global, bringing the Tianli range under its distribution umbrella.

Supporting UK and European customers

Winn will work alongside Operations Manager Mike Card to expand British Rubber Co’s reach, reporting into Pawel Tomczak, Managing Director of ADR UK Tyremart, the company’s parent.

Early priorities include:

  • Enhancing regional stock availability for Tianli radial and bias-ply patterns.
  • Providing on-farm assessments to optimise tyre specifications for soil protection and load capacity.
  • Developing training resources for dealer staff on tyre maintenance and fitting best practice.

What it means for dealers and fleets

Dealers gain a single point of contact for technical queries, while large contracting fleets can expect on-site performance reviews to reduce downtime. Winn’s appointment signals British Rubber Co’s intent to become a full-service partner rather than a parts supplier.

Greater mechanisation in UK agriculture is driving demand for tyres that balance soil health with higher load requirements. Hiring a seasoned specialist shows how distributors are investing in advisory services to help farms choose the right fitments for modern tractors and trailers without compromising field productivity.
