The newly constructed DC9 unit, sprawling over 357,221 square feet, is tailored to support Hankook Tyre UK’s expanding operations and ambitions. Designed with an eye on both operational efficiency and environmental sustainability, the facility boasts a BREEAM 'Excellent' rating for construction and an EPC 'A' rating in operational performance, setting a new standard in green logistics solutions.
In a testament to Prologis UK’s commitment to exceeding client expectations, the development incorporates thoughtful touches like the integration of two memorial trees from Hankook Tyre UK’s previous unit, now taking pride of place in a specially created amenity area.
