Hankook Tyre UK is excited to be the proud sponsor of a special Open Day commemorating the 20th anniversary of the Warwickshire and Northamptonshire Air Ambulance. The event will take place on Friday, August 4th, at the picturesque Chester House Estate in Northamptonshire.
Hankook's partnership with The Air Ambulance Service, which operates both the Warwickshire and Northamptonshire Air Ambulance and the Derbyshire, Leicestershire, and Rutland Air Ambulance, was established in 2017. It began with Hankook's generous donation of the initial set of tires for the charity's rapid response Critical Care Cars. These vehicles play a vital role in providing emergency medical care round the clock, 365 days a year, as the helicopters are not operational during darkness or extreme weather conditions. Thanks to the excellent local road network and clearer roads overnight, the Critical Care Cars can continue their life-saving service. Hankook's commitment to the cause has been significant, with the company donating more than 100 tires to the charity thus far.
