This certification under the Supplier Excellence Recognition (SER) Process reaffirms BKT's dedication to maintaining high standards of quality and production.
Caterpillar Inc., a global leader in the manufacturing of construction and mining equipment, awards this prestigious certification to suppliers who consistently meet its stringent requirements. The Excellent Level is the highest accolade in the SER Process, recognising outstanding suppliers who demonstrate exceptional performance and adherence to Caterpillar’s demanding standards.
This accolade serves as a testament to BKT's continuous focus on delivering superior quality products, along with a commitment to meticulous manufacturing processes and customer support services. Achieving this certification for two successive years highlights BKT's consistent performance and dedication to excellence in the industry.

The ceremony for the 2023-24 SER Excellence Level Certification took place on April 2, 2024, at Caterpillar India Private Limited in Chennai, India.
