Goodyear has strategically expanded its premium all-season tyre range, Vector 4Seasons Gen-3, by introducing 29 new SKUs, catering to rim sizes of up to 22 inches.

This move is part of the company’s ongoing investment in the growing all-season tyre market, aiming to meet the anticipated rise in demand across Europe.

The new additions to the Vector 4Seasons Gen-3 line include 17 sizes of 19 inches and above, reflecting the increased popularity of modern vehicles equipped with large, premium wheels. This expansion reinforces Goodyear’s position as a leader in tyre innovation, showcasing the brand’s ability to adapt to market trends and technological advancements.

Designed to fit the latest vehicles such as the Audi SQ8 e-tron and Ford Explorer, as well as popular models like the Polestar 2 and BMW X3, the Vector 4Seasons Gen-3 tyre is also well-suited for electric vehicles. Its low rolling resistance and noise characteristics make it an excellent choice for EV models such as the Volkswagen ID.Buzz and ID.7.

A standout feature of the Vector 4Seasons Gen-3 is its European Three-Peak Mountain Snowflake (3PMSF) certification, indicating exceptional performance in both summer and winter conditions. The tyre’s cutting-edge tread pattern design ensures superior grip on wet, snowy, and icy roads, without compromising its performance on dry surfaces. This versatility is achieved through a compound capable of operating across a wide range of temperatures.

The tyre also includes Goodyear’s SealTech technology in several SKUs, which can effectively seal tread penetrations of up to 5mm, maintaining tyre inflation until professional inspection. Additionally, the SoundComfort technology developed by Goodyear significantly reduces cabin noise, with a sound cushion inside the tyre that can lower noise levels by up to 50%. This feature is particularly beneficial for electric vehicles, enhancing the overall driving experience.

The Vector 4Seasons Gen-3 has garnered acclaim, securing several wins in magazine tests, including Auto Bild’s prestigious all-season tyre test. These accolades underscore the tyre’s popularity and performance across the industry.
