Ben is introducing new health checks specifically for individuals in the automotive industry to assess both their physical and mental health.
These checks, known as Ben Health Checks, are available for automotive employers to provide for their employees, emphasising the importance of health and wellbeing in the workforce.
This initiative is supported by findings from Ben's Health & Wellbeing survey, where 99% of participants reported experiencing health or wellbeing issues in the past year. The health checks involve private consultations with health professionals, allowing for the identification of potential health problems and the recommendation of beneficial lifestyle adjustments to enhance overall wellbeing.
