Exmile Tire, previously known for its industrial and specialty tyres, has launched its first line of passenger car radial (PCR) tyres. The brand's new direction was unveiled at Tyrexpo Asia 2025 in Singapore, held from 12 to 14 March, where Exmile made its international debut in the mass-market tyre sector.
The company's expansion is backed by a dedicated production facility in Lianyungang City, Jiangsu Province, China. This new factory, part of Exmile Special Tyre Co., Ltd., is designed to produce up to 8 million PCR and industrial tyres annually. The site incorporates advanced manufacturing equipment and draws on international technical support to ensure consistent product quality.
Exmile emphasises strict quality control and advanced technology in its production processes. The new passenger car tyre line aims to deliver performance and durability suited to diverse driving conditions, aligning with global market standards.
With its new PCR range, Exmile is seeking to establish long-term international partnerships. The company is inviting inquiries from potential distributors and business collaborators to support its entry into wider markets.
